Looking to sell my burgundy loveseat with a subtle floral pattern for $40 obo, sometime before the new year. Why you should buy this if you need a cheap couch: - Sturdy oak construction - In pretty good shape, there is some superficial wear and tear - Always in a non-smoking environment - It is very comfortable (and should be, considering how much it weighs) That last point brings me to some caveats: - You must be able to move it yourself, literally, because it is very heavy, and also because I don't own a vehicle - It is really quite heavy, I'm not joking (made out of old oak) - One of the original feet still functions perfectly in it's original capacity, but is in fact completely detached from the furniture itself Happy holidays
