I am able to play World of Warcraft on medium-high, and CS:S/TF2 on max. The GPU also idles around 50, and the highest I've seen at load is 70, so the temperatures are very stable. As for the temperature side of things in general, under load it only gets warm, but never hot. This will surely make the components last longer including the battery (which I always unplug when on AC power).
