There are three rooms available for rent: Two bedrooms each at $550/month; Master bedroom with personal washroom at $750/month
Rent includes free internet, T.V and utility. Laundry, washroom, and kitchen are shared.
The house is located in a quiet area and is a few steps away from the bus stop. This is a great place for students.
It takes 8 to walk to the bus stop, it will take about 15 minutes to get to Simon Fraser University.
It will take about 30 minutes to get to Metrotown and 45 minutes to get to Downtown.
