Just over a year old so the warranty is expired but I haven't had any problems with it. It's in pretty much perfect condition, no scratches or chips. Intel Atom 1.6Ghz 80Gb HDD (I have a 160gb kicking around but would require reformatting) 1Gb RAM Windows 7 Professional (purchased and is 100% legit) I still have the original windows xp recovery CD but it is a PAIN to install with a flash drive so I'm leaving windows 7 on it (hence the slightly higher price then other eee pc 1000's). Everything runs in Win 7 really well, the webcam, audio and shortcut keys all work. The battery lasts just as long as it did when I bought it. Between 4-6 hours depending on what your doing with it.
